Your details

ChatBot Pals is made by TSJ Ltd. This is what happens to the details you send us with the Find my Pal form.

Who keeps them

TSJ Ltd (Malta), the company behind ChatBot Pals. We decide what happens to your details (the “controller”).

What we keep

  • your website and business name
  • your name
  • your phone number and/or email address
  • anything you write in the note
  • the date you sent the request, where it stands with us, and our own notes from arranging the meeting

Why

Only to contact you about your Pal and arrange a meeting. We don't use them for anything else.

The law lets us do this because you asked us to get in touch: we are taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and we have a legitimate interest in replying to you.

How long

We keep a request for up to 12 months. After that it is deleted.

To stop the form being flooded, we also keep a scrambled code made from your connection's address for one hour. It can't be turned back into the address, and it isn't linked to your request.

If you subscribe

We also keep the email address you paid with, where your subscription stands and when it renews, so we can send you your link, tell you about payments and switch your Pal on or off. We keep a short record of the emails we send you (what kind and when, not the email itself) for up to 12 months. See our Terms.

Who helps us

  • Stripe takes card payments; your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
  • Resend sends our emails.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we keep about you. If you think we have handled your details wrongly, you can complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).

How to ask

To ask, reply to our message, or send a new request through Find my Pal saying what you'd like. You can also email support@chatbotpals.com.
