These are the terms for a ChatBot Pal. They are short on purpose.

The service

We build a chat assistant (a “Pal”) for your business website. It answers your customers from what your website says, in English and Maltese. When it doesn't know something, it sends the customer to you.

Paying

A Pal costs €6.99 a month for each website, VAT included. You pay by card each month through Stripe, our payment company. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your own private link, with no account or password. Your Pal stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, then switches off. There are no more payments after you cancel.

Switching off

We may switch a Pal off if a payment fails and isn't made up, or if the Pal is misused. If we can, we tell you first.
